Start-Up – We will get your watering system up and running for the season.  It will be scrutinized for problems requiring repair or coverage issues.

Service Calls – We will provide three visits per year to adjust, repair, or troubleshoot your system.  All materials such as controllers, pumps, valves, heads and wiring will be covered.  Additions to the system for irrigation of plantings or an extension of the lawn area will be an additional charge.

Shut Down – We will winterize your system using compressed air to keep it from freezing. The system will be scrutinized for repairs that will be addressed the following spring.  The spring repairs will be retroactive to the previous year’s program.
